Store Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026Hello. I am Ellie Shoebridge, and if you are buying a poster from this shop, these are the rules. I write them like a person because I am one. The legal shape is still real. Read them before you pay. Ordering means you have read them and you are fine with them.I design. Printful prints and posts. They are my stock printer and fulfilment partner, not the shop. Your contract for the thing you bought is with me. Printful makes it and sends it because I do not keep a pile of posters under the bed.

Who you are buying from

The seller is Ellie Shoebridge, trading from this website, based in London, England. Contact me through the email on the site. Do not message Printful about your order with me. They will not know your chat, your discount code, or why you wanted that one in the first place.

You must be 18 or old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are buying for someone else, you are still the customer. The payment, the address, and the problem reports all sit with you.

Made to order, not sitting on a shelf

Nothing is printed until you order it. Printful makes each poster after payment clears. That is why I cannot pull one off a rack and swap it in an afternoon. It is also why colours on your screen and colours on paper are not twins. Monitors lie. Paper, ink, and lighting tell a slightly different story. A small shift is normal. A poster that is blank, badly cropped, or obviously wrecked is not.

Product photos and mockups are there so you can see the idea. They are not a promise that your wall, your frame, or your lamp will match the picture.

Prices, payment, and the boring money bit

Prices are shown on the product page at the time you order. I can change them later. That does not change an order I have already accepted. Payment is taken when you check out. If the payment fails, the order does not exist, even if you got a hopeful email.

Printful’s base cost, print, and postage sit inside what you pay me. My price is the retail price. I do not itemise their invoice for you.

Taxes and duties depend on where you live and where the parcel is sent from. If a customs charge, import VAT, or handling fee lands at your door, that is between you and the carrier or your local customs office. I do not hide those fees in the price, and I cannot cancel them after the parcel has left. If a charge shows up, it is yours.

Shipping

Postage options and estimates are shown at checkout. They are estimates. Printful ships from their facilities, not from my flat. Production usually takes a few days, then the carrier takes however long the carrier takes. Weather, customs, strikes, and a label that got rained on are all outside my kitchen.

You are responsible for the address you type in. If you miss a flat number, swap two digits, or send it to an ex, I cannot unwind that once it has been passed to Printful. If it comes back, I will tell you. A reship is a new postage cost unless the mistake was mine or Printful’s.

Risk in the poster passes to you when the carrier marks it delivered to the address you gave, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

When something is actually wrong

This is the bit that follows Printful, because they are the ones holding the printer.

If the poster arrives damaged, misprinted, badly cropped, or not what was ordered, or if the tracking says delivered and it never turned up, email me within 30 days of delivery. If it never arrived, 30 days from the estimated delivery date. Send clear photos of the poster and, if it is damaged, the packaging. I need those because Printful needs those.

For a real production or fulfilment fault, Printful covers a free reprint or a refund of the product cost. You do not have to post the damaged one back for that. I will sort the report with them and then sort you. A reprint goes to the same address unless we agree otherwise.

I will not argue with a photo of a bent corner and a ripped mailer. I will argue with “I decided I wanted the other one” if you call that damage.

Change of mind

Printful does not reprint or refund because a customer changed their mind, picked the wrong size, or went off the design after it arrived. Because these are made to order for you, I follow that. I do not keep returns in a cupboard.

If the law where you live gives you a cancellation right that I am not allowed to remove, that law wins. Say so when you write, and tell me which right you mean. If you are in Brazil, there is a 7 day right of regret after you receive the order. Tell me inside that window and I will deal with it through Printful rather than invent a policy in the group chat.

If I agree to a replacement because you simply want a different poster, that new order is at your cost. I am not running a lending library.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, email me straight away. If Printful has not started production, I will try to stop it and refund you. If it has already been printed or handed to a carrier, it has left the bit I can unwind. At that point it is a delivered order, not a maybe.

Designs, copyright, and what you are not buying

You are buying a physical poster. You are not buying the artwork, the right to reprint it, or the right to stick it on a shirt and sell it at a market. The designs on this shop are mine, or I have permission to use them. Do not copy them, trace them, or feed them into a generator and call them yours.

Printful’s own intellectual property rules sit underneath this. I only send them work I have the right to print. They can refuse a file if they think it infringes someone else. If a design is pulled for that reason before it ships, I will refund you. I will not reprint a design I have been told to stop using.

If you think something on this shop uses your work without permission, email me with the links and proof. I take that seriously. I do not take “I saw something similar on Pinterest” as proof.

What I will not print, and what you will not do

I will not knowingly sell work that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark. Do not use this shop, or any file from it, to do that either.

You will not scrape the site, attack it, or pretend an order is faulty to get a second poster for free. If you do, I can refuse future orders. Printful can refuse fulfilment too. Neither of us has to explain that twice.

Liability

I am responsible for the shop, the listing, and getting a fault report to Printful. Printful is responsible for the print and the handoff to the carrier, under their terms with me. I am not liable for courier delays, customs holds, or a frame you bought somewhere else that does not fit.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights on faulty goods. Apart from that, I am not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or a mood ruined because the parcel arrived on a Tuesday.

Privacy

I need your name, email, and delivery address to take the order. Printful needs the delivery details to print and post it. I do not sell your details. I do not keep a diary of your taste for anyone else. The privacy policy on this site says what happens to the data. Their processing terms cover what they do as the printer.

Changes, law, and the last word

I can update these terms. The date at the top will move when I do. The version in force when you paid is the version that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless a consumer law where you live says you can sue closer to home. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights of that place. I am not interested in a clause that pretends otherwise.

If a bit of this page is found to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If I do not chase a breach once, that is not me giving the rule away.

Questions go to the contact email on the site. Include your order number. “Hey, the poster” is not an order number.
